Tenison Women’s Health Center, Inc. is a women’s clinic established in 2004. Since our inception, our mission is to offer affordable health care for women who are uninsured, underinsured, or have low income. We are also dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Meet Our Founder
Meet Our Founder
Sherry Tenison RN, MSW, WHNP-BC, MAP is the founder of Tenison Women’s Health Center, Inc. She also owns a nonprofit clinic in Southeast Dallas where she has been working at for more than 17 years.
She received her training from the UT Southwestern Medical School in 1996 and was employed by the same institution to care for patients in their outlying clinics. She also worked at the women’s center of the University of Texas at Arlington in 1998.
Additionally, she worked at the South Dallas Peabody AIDS clinic in 1998 and the Martin Luther King women’s center in 2006. After working in private practice alongside well respected OB/GYN MDs for a number of years, Ms. Tenison opened her own clinic in which she offers quality care to women of all ages.
